Welcome to the products and services of Zeron零一!
This Agreement is entered into between you and Jiangsu Zeron Automobile Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Zeron零一” or “we”) regarding your use of Zeron零一 App, the Zeron零一 application platform, and other online platform products (collectively, the “Platform”) and the related services (the “Services”).
1.1 Before using the Services provided by Zeron零一, you should carefully read and fully understand this Agreement and all terms of the “Zeron零一 Privacy Policy”, especially those that exclude or limit Zeron零一’s liability, restrict your user rights, and specify dispute resolution and governing law.Such terms that restrict rights, disclaim liability, or otherwise involve your material interests will be highlighted in bold, underlined, etc. for your attention. You should read them carefully and decide whether to accept this Agreement. By registering, logging in, or using an account on the Platform, you are deemed to have read and agreed to be bound by all terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to this Agreement or any of its terms, you should immediately stop registering and stop using the Services. If you have any questions, please contact us for consultation.
1.2 If you do not have full civil capacity due to age, intellectual ability, or other reasons, please read and fully understand this Agreement in the presence of your legal guardian and use the Platform and the Services only after obtaining your legal guardian’s consent. If you are a user outside mainland China, your entering into or performing this Agreement and your use of the Services must also comply with the laws of your country and/or region.
1.3 This Agreement and all contents of the “Zeron零一 Privacy Policy”, together with any other agreements, rules, specifications, terms and conditions related to the Platform and/or the Services, including those already published or that may be published by Zeron零一 in the future, constitute an integral part of this Agreement and have the same legal effect as the main text. In accordance with applicable laws and regulations, operational needs, or to improve service quality, we may formulate or revise this Agreement or relevant rules when necessary and publish them through the Platform or other appropriate channels. Revised agreements/rules take effect automatically upon publication and apply to users who register after they take effect. For users registered before the effective date, continued use of the Services after the new rules take effect indicates that you have read, acknowledged, and agreed to comply with the revised agreements/rules. If you do not accept the revised terms, please stop using the Platform and the Services immediately.
1.4 Definitions used in this Agreement are as follows:
Zeron零一: refers to Jiangsu Zeron Automobile Technology Co., Ltd. and the relevant operating affiliates providing the Services under this Agreement.
User: refers to a natural person (“Individual User”) or an organization (“Enterprise User”) that registers, logs in, and uses Zeron零一 platform products and Services in its own name and obtains administrative permissions.
End User: refers to an individual or Individual User who is enabled by an Enterprise User to use Zeron零一 platform products and Services, or is invited by an Enterprise User to join an enterprise organization and uses the unified identity of Zeron零一. “Individual User”, “Enterprise User” and “End User” are collectively referred to as “User” or “All Users”, and in this Agreement more often as “you”.
Administrator: when you are an Enterprise User, refers to your duly authorized agent. Administrator permissions include, without limitation, managing personnel and departments, managing authentication sources, managing SSO applications, and other enterprise identity operations within Zeron零一. You agree that an Administrator’s actions represent your intent and have the same legal effect as your own actions. You agree to bear all legal consequences and liabilities arising from an Administrator’s actions.
Applicable Laws and Regulations: refers to the currently effective laws, administrative regulations, judicial interpretations, local regulations, local rules, departmental rules, and other normative documents in the country/region where the user belongs/is located, as well as any amendments and supplements thereto and relevant policies.
2.1 The Product refers to the Platform and the Services developed by Zeron零一 and licensed to users for registration, login, and use in accordance with this Agreement and other agreements/rules of Zeron零一.
2.2 You may access and use the Platform and the Services via terminals such as computers and mobile phones through Zeron零一’s official website and other official or authorized channels, including authorized third-party websites and app distribution platforms. Zeron零一 may develop different versions for different terminals, scenarios, and systems. When using the Services, you should select the Platform version that matches your terminal/system; otherwise, you may not be able to use the Services normally.
You acknowledge and agree that, to improve service quality, enhance user experience, strengthen security, and ensure functional consistency, we may provide updates to the Platform and/or the Services from time to time, or modify their functions, effects, or content. After a new version is released, older versions of the website or software may not function properly. Please check and download/use the latest version in a timely manner.
2.3 Zeron零一 grants you a non-transferable and non-exclusive license to use the Platform and the Services within the scope and manner specified in this Agreement and other agreements/rules of Zeron零一. All rights not expressly granted in this clause or other clauses of this Agreement are reserved by Zeron零一, and you must obtain Zeron零一’s written consent separately to exercise such rights. Failure by Zeron零一 to exercise any of the foregoing rights does not constitute a waiver of such rights.
2.4 Zeron零一 may modify or change the pricing standards and methods for paid Services on the Platform and/or within the Services as needed, and may also begin charging fees for certain free Services. Before such changes or charging begins, we will provide prior notice or make an announcement on the relevant service page. If you do not agree to the above changes or paid content, you may choose to stop using the relevant Services.
You fully understand and agree to the following:
3.1 Account Registration
3.1.1 Before registering an account to use the Services of Zeron零一, you should have the civil capacity appropriate to your conduct. If you do not have such capacity, you must obtain the explicit consent of your guardian before registering as a user of the Platform and the Services. If you are an Enterprise User, the enterprise you represent must be a legally established and validly existing organization and have the rights and authority required to sign this Agreement and perform the obligations hereunder. If the user does not have the above qualifications, please do not use the Services; otherwise, the user and the user’s guardian shall bear all consequences arising therefrom.
3.1.2 Given the importance of the online services we provide, you confirm and agree that the registration information you provide is true, accurate, complete, lawful, and valid. If your registration information changes, you must promptly update it.
When registering, the nickname, avatar, and other information you submit must not contain illegal or inappropriate content. Your uploaded avatar and nickname may be publicly displayed only after being reviewed and approved by Zeron零一. You must not impersonate others to register, register for others without permission, register accounts in a way that may mislead other users, register using a username that may infringe others’ rights (including but not limited to suspected trademark or reputation infringement), or maliciously register accounts in bulk.
Upon review by Zeron零一, if you are found to have any of the above circumstances, Zeron零一 has the right to unilaterally take measures such as requiring correction within a time limit, suspending use, or terminating the account without notice. Any losses arising therefrom shall be borne by you.
3.2 Use, Safekeeping, and Retrieval of Accounts
3.2.1 You fully understand and agree that you are responsible for all actions you take when using the Platform and/or the Services, including any content you post and any consequences arising therefrom. You should make your own judgment about the content you encounter when using the Platform and/or the Services, including risks arising from reliance on the correctness, completeness, or usefulness of such content, and you shall bear the corresponding risks. To the extent permitted by law, Zeron零一 shall not be liable for any losses or damages caused by the foregoing risks.
3.2.2 As your Zeron零一 account is linked to your personal information and Zeron Automobile business information, your account is for your own use only. Without Zeron零一’s consent, any act of directly or indirectly authorizing a third party to use your Zeron零一 account or access information under your account shall have no legal effect on Zeron零一, and Zeron零一 has the right to revoke the legal relationship with you, including refusing or terminating the Services. If your poor safekeeping results in the disclosure of your information or causes harm to yourself, the adverse consequences shall be borne by you. If Zeron零一 determines that the use of your Zeron零一 account may endanger your account security or Zeron零一 information security, Zeron零一 may refuse to provide the relevant Services.
3.2.3 You may log in using your account name (mobile phone number) and password. To protect your account security, please do not set your Zeron零一 account password to be exactly the same as the passwords of your phone or other devices. You should properly safeguard your account and password and change your password regularly. If you discover that someone has impersonated or stolen your login name and password, or if your phone or other relevant device is lost, please notify us immediately in an effective manner. You may also request to suspend or stop relevant Services. To retrieve account information, please follow the account retrieval process and provide the required information, ensuring that the information provided is lawful, true, and valid. If the information provided does not meet the requirements and you cannot pass Zeron零一’s security verification, Zeron零一 has the right to refuse to provide account retrieval services.
3.2.4 If the Zeron零一 account you are currently using was not originally registered by you, you must not use that account to log in or perform any operations. Please notify Zeron零一 or the original registrant of the Zeron零一 account immediately.
3.3 Account Security
Your account is set and maintained by you. We will never proactively ask you for your account password at any time. We recommend that you take specific measures to protect your account security, including but not limited to installing anti-virus/anti-trojan software and changing your password regularly.
3.4 Account Cancellation
If you need to stop using this account, you may apply to cancel your Zeron零一 account if the following conditions are met:
(1) You may only apply to cancel your own account, and you must do so in accordance with our procedures;
(2) You shall still bear corresponding responsibility for your actions before cancelling the account and during your use of our Services; and
(3) You acknowledge that cancelling your account means your user content will be removed from the active database.
4.1 When using Zeron零一 Services, you must comply with applicable laws and regulations such as the Cybersecurity Law and the Administrative Provisions on Internet News Information Services. You acknowledge and agree that you will not use the Platform and/or the Services to conduct any illegal or improper activities, including but not limited to:
4.1.1 Uploading, displaying, disseminating, or otherwise transmitting information that contains any of the following:
(1) Opposing the basic principles established by the Constitution;
(2) Endangering national security, disclosing state secrets, subverting state power, or undermining national unity;
(3) Harming national honor or interests;
(4) Inciting ethnic hatred or discrimination, or undermining ethnic unity;
(5) Undermining state religious policies, promoting cults or feudal superstition;
(6) Spreading rumors, disrupting social order, or undermining social stability;
(7) Spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, homicide, terror, or inciting crimes;
(8) Insulting or defaming others, or infringing others’ lawful rights;
(9) Containing false, harmful, threatening, privacy-infringing, harassing, abusive, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise morally offensive content, or content that violates public order and good morals;
(10) Containing other content restricted or prohibited by Chinese laws, regulations, rules, ordinances, or any legally effective norms;
(11) Political प्रचार and/or news information in violation of national provisions;
(12) Not conforming to the core socialist values;
(13) Information that impairs the security of Internet operation;
(14) Other acts prohibited by applicable laws and regulations.
4.1.2 Unless permitted by applicable laws and regulations or with Zeron零一’s prior written consent, you must not engage in the following acts, nor provide convenience for any of the following:
(1) Deleting copyright information on the Platform and its copies;
(2) Reverse engineering, reverse assembling, reverse compiling, or otherwise attempting to discover the source code of the Platform;
(3) Using, renting, lending, copying, modifying, linking, reprinting, compiling, publishing, establishing mirror sites, etc. with respect to content for which Zeron零一 holds intellectual property rights;
(4) Copying, modifying, adding, deleting, hooking, running, or creating any derivative works with respect to data released to any terminal memory during Platform operation, client-server interaction data during Service operation, and system data necessary for Platform operation, including but not limited to accessing the Platform and related systems via plug-ins, add-ons, or third-party tools/services not authorized by Zeron零一;
(5) Increasing, reducing, or changing the functions or operation effects of the Product by modifying or forging instructions/data during operation, or operating or disseminating to the public any software or methods for the above purposes, regardless of whether for commercial purposes;
(6) Logging in to or using the Platform and/or the Services via third-party software, plug-ins, add-ons, or systems not developed/authorized by Zeron零一, or making, publishing, or disseminating such tools;
(7) Interfering with the Platform and/or the Services and their components, modules, data, etc. by yourself, authorizing others, or using third-party software;
(8) Conducting any commercial acts such as posting advertisements or selling goods, or any illegal acts that infringe Zeron零一’s interests, such as trading virtual currencies (e.g., Bitcoin), game coins, add-ons, props, etc.;
(9) Disseminating illegal, fraudulent, or false information such as false prize-winning messages, phishing/fraud messages, illegal or false financial information;
(10) Disseminating files/programs containing viruses, trojans, etc., or content/information such as corresponding tutorials;
(11) Other content, information, or acts that may affect or interfere with the normal operation of the Platform and/or the Services, and/or endanger the security of Zeron零一, the Platform, or other parties.
4.2 You understand and agree that:
4.2.1 If you violate applicable laws and regulations, this Agreement, and/or other agreements/rules of Zeron零一, Zeron零一 has the right to unilaterally take one or more of the following measures at any time depending on the circumstances (the duration of the measures shall be determined by Zeron零一 based on the nature and severity of the violation/breach):
(1) Issue a warning;
(2) Restrict your use of part or all functions of the Platform and/or the Services;
(3) Delete or block relevant content or disconnect links;
(4) Suspend or terminate your use of the relevant Zeron零一 platform account;
(5) Take other reasonable and lawful measures;
(6) Pursue your legal liability in accordance with law.
4.2.2 If you violate applicable laws and regulations, this Agreement and/or other agreements/rules of Zeron零一, and Zeron零一 takes any action or measure against you or the Platform and/or the Services you use, resulting in your temporary or permanent inability to log in to or use other products and/or services, you shall bear the consequences.
4.2.3 You shall, outside the Services, make reasonable and secure backups of data generated by or stored in the Services. If Zeron零一 takes measures such as permanently disabling your account under this Agreement, Zeron零一 has the right to delete all data related to the Services and all data/information stored by you in the Services, and you shall bear the consequences.
4.2.4 If you cause damage to any third party, you shall bear the liability independently; if Zeron零一 suffers losses as a result, you shall also compensate accordingly.
4.3 User Transmission of Non-compliant Content and Complaint Handling
4.3.1 Without authorization and permission, users must not use the unified identity of Zeron零一 to upload, store, share, or disseminate images, photos, videos, software, or other data/materials/files protected by intellectual property laws. If a user violates relevant IP protection laws/norms and infringes third parties’ lawful rights and interests, the user shall bear the responsibility. If losses are caused to Zeron零一, the user shall compensate accordingly.
4.3.2 If you are complained about by others or you complain about others, Zeron零一 has the right to provide necessary information such as the identities, contact details, and complaint-related content of the relevant parties in the dispute to the relevant parties or authorities in order to resolve the dispute in a timely manner and protect the lawful rights and interests of all parties.
5.1 To improve service quality, enhance user experience, strengthen security, and ensure functional consistency, Zeron零一 will obtain your relevant information in accordance with the principles of “lawfulness, necessity, and legitimacy” as required by applicable laws and regulations. Protecting user information is a basic principle of Zeron零一. Zeron零一 will use various security technologies and procedures and establish sound management systems to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. To the extent permitted by law, Zeron零一 will collect, use, store, and share your relevant information in accordance with this Agreement and the Zeron零一 Privacy Policy, mainly including:
(1) Device information: Zeron零一 collects information about the personal device you use to log in, including the operating system and version, browser information and version, and IP address, to determine whether your device meets usage requirements.
(2) Log information: when you use relevant Services, we collect log information, including device IP address, fault logs, and product operation information. To facilitate troubleshooting and improve service quality, users may proactively submit log files to the management server.
5.2 During account registration or use of the Services, you may need to provide certain required information. Where applicable laws and regulations provide otherwise, you must provide true identity information (including but not limited to mobile phone number). If the information you provide is incomplete or untrue, you may be unable to use the Services or may be restricted during use. In general, you may view and modify the information you submit according to the relevant product rules. If you are an End User, you may need to request the administrator of the enterprise you joined to modify the personal information you submitted. However, for security and identity verification purposes (such as account appeal services), you may not be able to modify the initial registration information and other verification information provided at registration.
5.3 If you are an Enterprise User, when you upload and manage End Users’ personal information such as names, photos, and mobile numbers, please ensure you have obtained the End Users’ explicit consent in advance, collect only the user information necessary for operation and function implementation, and have fully informed End Users of the purpose, scope, and manner of the relevant data collection and use. End Users may view information of other End Users within the enterprise/organization they joined through the Platform, but administrators may restrict End Users’ access to such information via administrative permissions. Before inviting End Users and managing your End Users’ information using the Services, you should:
(1) Fully inform End Users of the policies regarding the impact on user information and content when using the Platform and the Services; fully inform them of how you will process their information (including but not limited to providing necessary personal information of End Users to Zeron零一), and obtain valid authorization and consent from End Users;
(2) Ensure that the use and processing of End User information/content during use of the Services complies with applicable laws and regulations;
(3) Establish an information security protection system and provide information security education to End Users, including but not limited to: granting administrative permissions to appropriate personnel; reasonably configuring administrative permissions; reminding or requiring End Users to pay attention to information security and account security to prevent information leakage caused by others using their accounts;
(4) Handle all disputes and conflicts between you and End Users related to user information/content, or arising from your failure to fully perform this Agreement, and bear all legal liabilities arising therefrom independently.
5.4 When you use a specific function of the Platform or the Services, you may also need to agree to separate agreements/rules. Please read such agreements/rules carefully before using the function.
5.5 You may choose not to provide certain information to Zeron零一, or revoke Zeron零一’s ability to collect certain information through product settings, but doing so may cause certain service functions to be unavailable.
5.6 We will strictly limit information sharing in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Where necessary, we will act in strict accordance with the Zeron零一 Privacy Policy or other relevant rules.
5.7 We will make commercially reasonable efforts to safeguard the security of data storage on the Platform and within the Services; however, Zeron零一 cannot provide a complete guarantee, including but not limited to the following situations:
(1) Zeron零一 is not responsible for deletion of or failure to store relevant data on the Platform and/or within the Services due to reasons not attributable to Zeron零一.
(2) You should back up on your own the data/information stored on the Platform and/or within the Services, or data/information related to the Platform and/or the Services. Where otherwise agreed by both parties, the relevant agreement shall apply.
(3) If you stop using the Platform and/or the Services (e.g., when cancelling your account), or if the Services are canceled or terminated due to your violation of applicable laws and regulations or this Agreement, Zeron零一 has the right to permanently delete your data from the server. If you are an Enterprise User, Zeron零一 also has the right to delete your administrator account and all information and rights/interests of your End Users arising from their relationship with you. After your Services stop, terminate, or are canceled, Zeron零一 has no obligation to return any data to you. You should make backups before the Services stop, terminate, or are canceled.
5.8 You understand and acknowledge that during your use of Zeron零一 Services, we will provide the Services at the current stage in accordance with existing regulatory conditions and industry technical practices. We will make our best efforts to provide Services that meet the conditions set out in this Agreement. You understand that in response to government regulatory requirements, your improper personal use, or unforeseeable and unavoidable technical risks, situations beyond Zeron零一’s prior control may occur and shall not be deemed a breach of this Agreement by Zeron零一, including:
(1) Providing your personal information as required by law or by relevant government authorities;
(2) Any disclosure of personal information due to your improper use or other reasons attributable to you;
(3) System downtime for maintenance of the Services;
(4) Failure of telecommunications equipment resulting in inability to transmit data;
(5) Service interruptions/obstructions or inability to meet your requirements due to hacker attacks, computer virus intrusion, blocking of illegal/harassing information, government control, or other network/technical/communication line/information security management measures, or system failures caused by force majeure such as typhoons, earthquakes, tsunamis, floods, power outages, war, or terrorist attacks; however, Zeron零一 will notify you in a timely manner through reasonable means available under normal conditions and will make best efforts to mitigate the impact on you;
(6) Risks arising from anonymous or impersonated information from others containing threats, defamation, offensive or illegal content when using Zeron零一 products, programs, and Services;
(7) Any psychological, physical injury and economic loss caused or potentially caused by users’ interactions with other users through Zeron零一 products, programs, and Services due to being misled or deceived;
(8) Any content you publish using your Zeron零一 account does not represent or reflect any views or policies of Zeron零一, and you shall bear the relevant responsibility;
(9) We perform basic safeguards as required by law. Under no circumstances shall Zeron零一 be liable for any indirect, consequential, punitive, incidental, special, or criminal damages beyond such obligations, including loss of profits arising from your use of Zeron零一 Services.
Zeron零一 is the intellectual property rights holder of the Product. The copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights of the Product, as well as all information content related to the Product (including but not limited to text, images, audio, video, charts, interface design, layout framework, relevant data or electronic documents, etc.), are protected by applicable laws and regulations and relevant international treaties. Zeron零一 lawfully enjoys the foregoing intellectual property rights, except for rights that relevant right holders shall enjoy under the law. Without the written consent of Zeron零一 or the relevant right holders, you must not, for any commercial or non-commercial purpose, implement, use, or transfer the above intellectual property by yourself or permit any third party to do so. If you are an Enterprise User, you agree that we may use your name, trade name, trademark and other information/identifiers online and offline for publicity and promotion to indicate our cooperation relationship.
This Agreement takes effect on the date you check the box and successfully register as a user of the Platform, and remains effective throughout your use of Zeron零一 Services, unless the Platform terminates this Agreement or you lose your user qualification. Termination of this Agreement does not exempt you from obligations and liabilities that you should bear under this Agreement or other relevant agreements/rules. Zeron零一 reserves the right to modify the terms of this Agreement when necessary. You may view the latest version on relevant service pages. After the terms are changed, if you continue to use the products or services provided by Zeron零一, you are deemed to have accepted the revised Agreement.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, if you began using Zeron零一 Services earlier than the time you accepted this Agreement, you acknowledge (or should have acknowledged) and agree that this Agreement became effective when you first used Zeron零一 Services.
We may, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, reserve the right for you to use Zeron零一 Services or the Zeron零一 account. Whether or not notice is given, and subject to the provisions of this Agreement and applicable laws and regulations, we may terminate this Agreement, including where there is sufficient evidence that you have violated our acceptable use policy or other provisions of this Agreement.

By signing this Agreement, you are deemed to have assigned all rights to “Feedback” to Zeron零一 and agree that Zeron零一 has the right to use such Feedback and related information in any reasonable manner. We will treat such Feedback as non-confidential and non-proprietary. You agree that you will not provide Zeron零一 with any information that you consider confidential or proprietary.
8.2 Notices
For the terms of this Agreement and any other agreements, announcements, or other notices regarding your use of the account and Services, you agree that we may contact you and deliver relevant information electronically using the contact information you registered on the Platform, including but not limited to administrative notices, product information, communications regarding your use of this website, and advertisements. Electronic methods include but are not limited to email, SMS, publication on this website or partner websites, or notifications via wireless communication devices.
8.2 If notices of the Platform are made by public announcement, they shall be deemed delivered once published on the Platform (including but not limited to the official website, Zeron零一 APP, etc.). In addition, other personal notices specific to you will be sent to the email address you provided when registering or updating user information, or to the mobile number bound on this website after registration. Our public announcements and SMS messages (including in-site messages) containing such notices constitute effective notice and are deemed delivered once sent. Please pay close attention to your email and SMS messages. Zeron零一 shall not be liable for your failure to receive such notices on the date they are sent due to information transmission issues or due to your change of contact information without updating it in your registration information on this website.
8.3 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
8.3.1 This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.
8.3.2 If a dispute arises between the parties, it shall be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party shall file a lawsuit with the competent People’s Court with jurisdiction over the place where this Agreement is signed (i.e., Taicang City, Suzhou, Jiangsu Province) for resolution through litigation.
8.4 Severability
If any provisions of this Agreement are unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect, and the unenforceable provisions will be modified so that they are enforceable to the extent permitted by law. The copyright of this Agreement belongs to Zeron零一, and the final right of interpretation and modification of the terms of this Agreement belongs to Zeron零一.
